Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, but shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing).

  • Domestic (UK) shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • International shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

6. RESONAIRR CONNECT

To keep things flowing and fair for everyone in the CONNECT community, each product can only be registered once. We ask that you register your gear mindfully—registering the same item multiple times in a short window might disrupt your access and delay your perks. Let’s keep it clean so we can keep the good stuff coming.

  • We reserve the right to disqualify any customer from RESONAIRR CONNECT if we detect any form of abuse or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to submitting multiple registrations for the same product or submitting false information.

7. Wholesale Orders

We offer wholesale pricing for businesses and retailers. To apply for a wholesale account, please submit a form through our Wholesale Enquiries page.

Wholesale orders are subject to:

  • Minimum order quantities – Wholesale customers must meet a minimum order threshold to qualify for bulk pricing.

  • Payment terms – Payment may be required upfront or under specific agreed-upon terms.

  • Shipping policies – Wholesale orders may have extended processing times and different shipping costs.

  • Separate Wholesale Terms – Wholesale customers must agree to a separate Wholesale Agreement before placing an order.

  • No standard returns – Returns and refunds on wholesale orders are only available for defective or incorrect items, and requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
