1. Shipping Methods & Services
We aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping for all orders. We offer the following shipping options:
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped using Amazon MCF from within the UK.
Standard Shipping – £1.49
Fulfilled by Amazon MCF from within the UK. Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days.
Express Shipping – £1.99
Fulfilled by Amazon MCF. Estimated delivery in 1–2 working days.
USA Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by Amazon (MCF) from within the US for fast and reliable service.
Standard Shipping – From £2.49
Estimated delivery in 3–5 working days.
Express Shipping – From £4.69
Estimated delivery in 1–2 working days.
EU Shipping
Currently, we cannot offer Amazon MCF within the EU. Orders are instead shipped from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping times may vary depending on destination.
Standard Shipping – From £3.99
Estimated delivery in 3–6 working days (varies by country).
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders (Except EU) are fulfilled by Amazon for fast and reliable shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and in most cases, orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and may be subject to delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will do our best to ensure timely shipping.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking is available on all orders and will be sent via email once your order is processed.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders during promotions.
6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders

8. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
