Core Engineering

At the foundation of every RESONAIRR string is a precision-tensioned hex core, calibrated using computer-guided systems to exact specifications. This ensures consistent tuning stability, enhanced sustain, and an even, reliable feel across every set. The result is a foundation that performs exactly as a professional player demands — with no dead spots or tonal inconsistencies.

Wrap Wire Innovation

Wrapped around the core is premium nickel-plated steel, carefully selected for its ability to deliver a crisp attack with balanced warmth. This combination provides clarity while maintaining a smooth, musical response across the full dynamic range. Whether laying down heavy rhythms or intricate lead lines, our strings respond with precision and consistency.

AeroSeal™ Technology

Each string is treated with AeroSeal™ — an ultra-thin micro-coating that provides robust protection against corrosion without dampening resonance or altering the natural feel of the string. Unlike traditional coatings, AeroSeal™ preserves the vibrancy and tonal complexity critical to professional performance, while significantly extending string life

Winding Precision

The winding process is equally meticulous. Computer-controlled systems govern pitch angle, wrap tension, and coupling speed, creating a precise bond between the wrap wire and the core. This eliminates inconsistencies found in manual winding methods, enhancing tonal stability and extending the working life of each string under demanding conditions.

Freshness Locked In

To ensure maximum freshness and protection, every set of RESONAIRR strings is sealed immediately after production in Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) treated packaging. Each string is individually enclosed in its own VCI-protected envelope before being packed, preventing oxidation during transit and storage. This guarantees that every set arrives in peak condition, ready to deliver optimal tone and performance from the moment it is opened.

AEROSEAL: HOW OUR STRINGS STAY FRESH

AERO: LIGHT, SEAL: PROTECTION

STEP 1: VAPOUR PHASE ACTIVATION

After the strings are made, we apply a Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor during final processing. It’s not a visible coating, but a microscopic chemical shield that slowly vaporizes inside the sealed pack.

STEP 2: PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE FORMS

Once sealed, the vapour molecules disperse inside the pack and bond to the metal surface — even in hard-to-reach spots like the windings and core.

STEP 3: INVISIBLE MOLECULAR SHIELD

When the vapour reaches the metal, it bonds at a molecular level, forming a monomolecular film just a few atoms thick — strong enough to block moisture, neutralise oxygen, and prevent corrosion before it begins. Maximum protection. Zero tone compromise.
