AEROSEAL: HOW OUR STRINGS STAY FRESH
AERO: LIGHT, SEAL: PROTECTION
STEP 1: VAPOUR PHASE ACTIVATION
After the strings are made, we apply a Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor during final processing. It’s not a visible coating, but a microscopic chemical shield that slowly vaporizes inside the sealed pack.
STEP 2: PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE FORMS
Once sealed, the vapour molecules disperse inside the pack and bond to the metal surface — even in hard-to-reach spots like the windings and core.
STEP 3: INVISIBLE MOLECULAR SHIELD
When the vapour reaches the metal, it bonds at a molecular level, forming a monomolecular film just a few atoms thick — strong enough to block moisture, neutralise oxygen, and prevent corrosion before it begins. Maximum protection. Zero tone compromise.
