1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@resonairr.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and items marked as final sale.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@resonairr.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
