Performance Guarantee T&Cs

By activating or making a claim under our Performance Guarantee, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Guarantee Coverage

This guarantee covers issues that affect the performance of your Resonairr strings during normal use.

Covered issues may include:

  • Premature string breakage not caused by installation error or mishandling.
  • Faulty winding or core-wrap inconsistencies.
  • Corrosion or surface defects present upon opening, where packaging was intact.

2. Definition of Performance

For the purpose of this guarantee, performance refers to the string’s ability to:

  • Maintain structural integrity and tuning stability.
  • Retain clear tone and consistent response under normal playing conditions.

Natural tonal mellowing, loss of brightness, or feel changes that occur through regular play are considered normal wear and are not covered under this guarantee.

3. Guarantee Period

  • Coverage is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or dated receipt) must be provided.

4. What’s Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear, tone loss, or dullness caused by regular play.
  • Damage from incorrect installation, cutting, or tuning outside standard ranges.
  • Corrosion from environmental factors (sweat, humidity, cleaning agents, etc).
  • Strings used for more than 30 days or previously replaced under this guarantee.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

5. Resolution Process

  • All valid claims are resolved through a replacement set of equivalent value.
  • Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible.
  • Each customer is eligible for one replacement per product purchase under this guarantee.

6. How to Submit a Claim

Email support@resonairr.com with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Resonairr’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
